**The Role**
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Senior Caregivers to join our dynamic team in Vancouver as we expand. This role goes beyond traditional caregiving; it involves integrating technology into daily care routines to enhance our clients' independence and well-being. You'll be part of a supportive community of healthcare professionals committed to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the seniors we serve.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide personalized in-home care and support to seniors, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
- Utilize our proprietary technology platform to monitor health metrics, communicate with family members, and manage care schedules efficiently.
- Perform household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Stay informed about the latest in care technologies and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**
- A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors.
- Relevant experience in senior care or a similar role. Certifications in Personal Support Work (PSW), Nursing, or related fields are a plus.
- Proficiency in using technology and openness to learning new tech-based solutions for caregiving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and have up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications.
