- YOUR JOB_
- Making people’s day on all fronts: Greeting people, taking orders, and satisfying the fried chicken lovers
- Preparing food
- Processing payments. Working cash, working your smile.
- Package take-out food
- Staying organized with all orders being placed (in-store, delivery apps, take out)
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Initiates actions to correct customer complaints and refers serious customer concerns to management immediately
- Ensures all products are packaged in approved wrapping/containers
- Ensures products/supplies are rotated in and out of storage
- Weight Handling: Up to 20+LB
- Ability to work in a high paced environment while keeping calm and organize
- Cleanliness and organization skills
**EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION**
- Partial high school education or equivalent experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Previous Quick Service Restaurant Experience is an asset
**OTHER EXPERIENCE**
- Food handling certificate
- Pro-serve certificate
**QUALIFICATION**
