**What you’ll do**

It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

- Overseeing the full cycle process for Corporate Import Requisitions (CIR), ensuring that CIRs are processed and assigned to Merchandise Assistant within 24hrs
- Acts as a Liaison between the Global Buying offices (GBO) and Merchandise Assistants for the resolution of all questions, concerns and problems associated with the transmission and processing of CIR's.
- Process all (CIR) transmissions orders daily from the GBO inputting pertinent Import information into Buyer Worksheet including Harmonizing Codes, Freight / ELC Calculations, and Country codes.
- Assigns a valid PO number to each CIR and logs in PO order entry system
- Reviews all information on orders, including: ship / cancel dates, Vendor Needs Ticket dates, vendor numbers, pack information and ensures established guidelines are followed.

**What you’ll need**

To begin your career with us, you’ll have:

- Working towards or completed a Business Administration Management Studies diploma or 1 year of related work experience.
- Communication skills including written (i.e. purchase orders) and verbal (i.e. with DMMs, Buyers and Vendors).
- Ability to work independently requiring mínimal supervision with flexibility to handle multiple priorities
- General administrative, Math and strong computer skills (i.e. Excel knowledge and MS Office).
- Salary Range: _$42,330 - $59,160* _/year_
- This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience._
