**What We Offer**

As the HR and Recruitment Intern, **based out of our Toronto office**, you will:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Onboarding Assistance**: Help in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packs and organizing orientation sessions.
- **Employee Engagement**: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including event planning, coordination, and feedback collection.
- **Data Management**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HR records and databases.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative duties such as filing, preparing reports, and responding to HR-related queries.
- **Learning and Development**: Support the organization of training sessions and workshops, and assist in tracking employee development activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work experience in HR or Recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a rapidly evolving environment.
