a day in the life
- Leads in the planning, implementation, and communication of annaul compensation processes.
- Owns the operationalization of our 5-year compensation roadmap in partnership with FP&A and Retail Operations.
- Works with NA Retail Leadership, cross-functional teams and direct leader to design and implement a compensation program that is innovative and cutting edge.
- Responsible for managing market insights and data to ensure our compensation planning, frameworks and strategies are aligned to our company goals and strategies.
- Prepares and presents costing analysis, modelling, and summary reports to drive decision making.

qualifications
- 8-10 years of work experience in Compensation and HR.
- Experience in retail and/or other fast-paced environments.
- 1-2 years of experience mentoring team members.
- Experience implementing compensation strategies.
- Experience with incentive design is highly desired.
- Experience with forecasting and working with financial teams is highly desired.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong data analytics.
- Ability to speak and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
