Waste Water Treatment Operator

**Overview**
Clean Harbors is looking for a **Waste Water Treatment Operator** to sit out of **Guelph, ON **and join their safety conscious team You will be responsible for providing wastewater treatment services at this clients site.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Operates and maintains Wastewater Treatment plants and provides services for incoming waste;
- Troubleshoots and corrects process issues and mechanical failures;
- Completes and submits all associated paperwork, as required, for regulatory and safety record keeping requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Background in Chemistry considered an asset;
- Previous experience as a Waste Water Treatment Operator is an asset;
- Previous experience performing mechanical repairs on valves, pumps, is an asset;
- Previous forklift, skid steer and truck experience considered an asset;
- Ability to work in all-weather elements;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
