**As an Manager of EFS Inclusion and Partnerships, **you are a key contributor within the Advice and Team Member Experience pillar of Everyday Financial Services (EFS). EFS is the forefront of ATB’s brand through our more than 280 branches, agencies, client care or entrepreneur centers distributed throughout Alberta along with our digital and online systems.

In this role, you will provide leadership to execute on Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging (DIB) initiatives while also fostering strategic partnerships that align with ATB’s purpose. This role requires the building of strong relationships with partners internally, and communities externally - helping them execute creative solutions for unique problems.

Under the direction of the Director, EFS Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, this role is responsible for:

- Strategizing comprehensive inclusion and partnership strategies that align with enterprise goals & EFS’ operating plan
- Managing planning, implementation and assessment of a initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Analyzing relevant data to measure the impact of DIB initiatives and partnerships
- Collaborating with leadership to integrate DIB practices into all aspects of EFS
- Engaging multiple areas of the business and overseeing, collaborating and partnering regularly with team members across other areas of ATB, and externally with community organizations.
- Foster an inclusive work environment where all team members feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.

**Requirements**:
**Core Skills**:

- Strong relationship builder - able to establish working relationships in order to identify and implement strategies
- Experience in leading and managing numerous unrelated priorities and demands
- Effective communication - both verbal and written; strong presentation skills
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- Confident decision-making skills

**Accreditation**:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent level of experience
- Demonstrated experience in diversity and equity strategy and process development with a specific focus on Indigenous Relations and New Canadians
- Experience with planning and implementing change management strategies
- Financial services industry experience would be considered an asset
