**Project Administrator**
As a Project Administrator, you provide critical support services to our staff and stakeholders.

Working closely with the Project Managers, this is a diverse role that sees you functioning as a consultant, supporter, and organizer on a wide range of construction projects.

**The Details**
This is a full-time, permanent position. Starting salary is between $50,000 and $63,000, based on ability, education, and experience. You will receive complete and flexible benefits, 3 weeks of vacation, 5 days of paid emergency leave, 1 personal day, an annual fitness credit, and a hybrid work schedule that allows you to work from home 2 days per week.

**Qualifications**
These or other similar work or education experiences qualify you for the role:

- Subcontractor agreements and onboarding.
- Contract administration and purchase orders.
- Project start up, close out and warranty administration.
- Project scheduling.
- Progress draws, change notices, and change orders.
- Coordinating and recording meetings.
- Drawings and site resources procurement and administration.
- Project pre-qualification processes.
- Accomplished user of MS office suite.
- Proven records management skills.
- Experience with Jonas Management System software an asset.
