**The Opportunity**:

- **Determine the community’s needs, problems and barriers**:

- **Work with community groups and other CSFS front line programs providing a range of activities**:

- **Building capacity that allows the community to share knowledge and resources effectively**:

- **Coordinate activities and develop training material for Atsoo programs**:

- **Coordinate Atsoos and serve as a train the trainer for Atsoo Programs**:

- **Attend meetings and presenting verbal and written reports**:

- **Act as a facilitator to promote self-help in the community**

**What You Will Bring to The Role**:

- ** Diploma in Social Services or related field preferred.**:

- ** 1-3 years of experience in development and empowerment of communities and willingness to attain certificate/diploma in social sciences, planning.**
