We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of complete new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs for Companies.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding and supporting prospective homebuyers through the entire sales process of our new home developments, by managing each new home buyer’s experience from purchasing to closing. As the first point of contact, you will represent our company and showcase our homes, helping potential buyers find the perfect residence to call their own. Upon purchasing, you will guide buyers through the décor selection process and personalizing their home with various décor options and upgrades.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome prospective homebuyers, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere during their visits to our sales office or model homes.
- Present the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our new home models, floor plans, and available upgrades. Present the value proposition of our homes in a compelling and informative manner. Manage the daily operations of the sales centre/model home.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the community, amenities, local schools, nearby attractions, and any relevant neighborhood features that may influence the homebuying decision.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels, such as inquiries, referrals, and website registrations. Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database to track potential buyers' progress through the sales pipeline.
- Assist customers through the entire home-buying process, from initial inquiry to contract signing, décor selections, and closing. Collaborate with the sales management/marketing team, construction site, and other key team members, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales transaction.
- Understand the unique needs and preferences of each homebuyer and recommend suitable home options that align with their requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and execute sales events, promotions, and advertising initiatives. Provide valuable insights from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (minimum 2-7 years) in sales management within residential construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of low-rise residential construction processes and market dynamics.
- Construction knowledge and interior design experience is an asset.
- Highly motivated with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
- Organized, detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and Adobe software is essential.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
