Office Administrator

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- organize and maintain files and documents
- greet customers and assist as needed
- Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- assist with special projects as needed
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles minimum 3 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- full g drivers license 3 years experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- ability to work with tight deadlines
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- ability to work alone and in a team environment
- automotive background is an asset,,but not a must
- ability to multitask
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
