**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine cocktail recipes, incorporating Indian spices, herbs, and flavors to create unique and memorable drinks.
- Ensure consistency in the preparation and presentation of all beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to recommend drinks and ensure a memorable experience.
- **Bar Operations**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Implement and uphold policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and control costs, including waste, to optimize profitability.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Educate guests on the menu and offer pairing suggestions with food items.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Implement and enforce sanitation practices and safety protocols.
- **Staff Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the bar and restaurant staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior bar staff, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
- **Event Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing special events, themed nights, and promotions.
- Create specialty cocktails and drink menus for events and private functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high-end establishment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
- Experience with incorporating Indian spices and flavors into cocktails is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Certification from a recognized bartending or mixology program is a plus.
