**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

This role is critical to ensure our club facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all members and guests. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Club Opening**:

- Ensure the clubhouse entrance is free of snow, debris, and obstructions.
- Open all airlock and revolving doors.
- Check and adjust temperature settings as needed.
- Verify that all court lights, exit lights, and emergency doors are operational.
- Inspect tennis nets for correct height, tension, and condition (use measurement stick).
- Ensure center pull straps are anchored and net dividers are properly tensioned.
- Align benches and garbage bins correctly between courts.
- Verify that clocks display the correct time.
- Clear walkways and court areas of debris and errant balls.
- Check coat racks, boot trays, and ensure cleanliness and proper storage.
- Maintain equipment by emptying debris from sweepers and ensuring batteries are charged.

**Daily Maintenance**:

- Unlock and check washrooms: ensure heating, lighting, and water are operational; clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Monitor back access doors and water levels; contact service providers as needed.
- Vacuum the bubble edge and container unit floors.
- Clean glass doors and windows twice daily (morning and afternoon).
- Maintain coffee area cleanliness and ensure the garbage is emptied regularly.
- Inspect and maintain all exterior lighting.
- Blow walkways clear of debris daily during summer months.

**Night Maintenance**:

- Clean all 4 tennis courts every 2nd night: sweep thoroughly and adjust divider nets and benches.
- Sweep pickleball courts every 3rd night.
- Clear walkway paths and remove random balls from courts.
- Empty all garbage bins and ensure proper disposal.

**Monthly Maintenance**:

- Clean the bubble sides and walkway areas using a wet towel wrapped around a water broom; use a ladder for high areas if needed.

**Clubhouse Operations**:

- Open the clubhouse, turn on lights, and ensure heating is set appropriately.
- Check and restock washroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer).
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure they are locked when not in use.
- Monitor bubble pressure; report to the General Manager if below the required level.

**During Club Hours**:

- Vacuum the office area regularly, especially in muddy weather conditions.
- Keep storage areas tidy and organized; return any used items to their proper place.
- Check washrooms every 30 minutes for cleanliness and supplies.
- Ensure fridges are stocked with drinks.

**Club Closing**:

- Walk around the courts to check and secure all side doors.
- Turn off court and office lights; lock revolving doors with padlocks.
- Conduct a final walkthrough of the premises to ensure all areas are clear.
- Lock washrooms, storage containers, and the clubhouse doors.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in facility maintenance or a similar role is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
