We are seeking a mature individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as a Customer Service Administrative Professional. We are professional, agile and customer-centric. We care about what we do and who we work with.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Managing client inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with marketing efforts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and files
- Invoicing and taking payments
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
- Packing orders for clients
- Lifting up to 30 lbs
- Light cleaning

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a marketing field is a must
- Shopify experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- English is required, Bilingual is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
