JOB DESCRIPTION:
Weissach is looking to add a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to the team We have been specializing in providing service and sales for Porsche Automobiles since 1980.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the receptionist is responsible for maintaining the reception and administrative duties, as well as greeting every client and the proper care of the administration tasks of the dealership’s operation, ensuring that all incoming calls are properly answered and transferred an excellent level of customer service care in mind.

The receptionist is the company’s first impression when a customer enters and is required to have an energetic and outgoing friendly personality as well as be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills while answering a high volume of calls in a busy environment.

This is an integral role for the company, contributing to the growth and value of our company.

Primary responsibilities:

- Answering flow through calls and efficiently directs them to the correct department
- Greet visitors professionally and offer beverages such as coffee or water
- Assist with travel arrangements for the president and other staff as required
- Open and date stamps all mail and forward to recipients
- Assist Departments-re: photocopying, preparing envelopes for invoices, filing etc.
- Assist the Sales Department-re: creating sales boards
- Maintain and order general office supplies
- Maintain upkeep of reception area
- Uploading documents to dealer site
- Stock in inventory
- Assist business office with a variety of forms
- Assist CEO as required
