We are seeking a Human Resources member to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep the Employee Handbook up to date
- Review and update Policies and Procedures
- Write job descriptions and posts
- Enroll new employees as well as terminations
- Update benefits plan for all employees
- Be a JHSC member, recording minutes and setting agenda
- Make appointments and vehicle maintenance for fleet
- Reporting to ICBC as required
- WorkSafe BC reporting, filing Form 7's
- Work with WorkSafe BC on plans for employees returning to work
- Various other office duties

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in trades will be considered an asset
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills.
