What you will do:
Responsibilities include:
- Offer excellent guest support for Cineplex products and services, by maintaining a high level of professionalism and building a positive rapport with every customer coast to coast, including Inbound / Outbound calls.-
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries regarding products, account creation, order processing or other topics as required.-
- Accurately process & ship orders, assist with returns, receive inventory, mail / FedEx orders, create / update accounts in CRM while ensuring Audit requirements are met, and inventory management and count as required-
- Ensure excellent customer service by communicating with the internal team and partners, creating reports- What You Need to be Successful:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required-
- Proficiency, both written and verbal, in English and French is a requirement-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required-
- Previous experience in a Customer Service / Shipping / Call center position is an asset but not required-
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs to move shipments is requiredThis position is based in-office at our Toronto Head Office (1303 Yonge St.)- Who You Are:

- Nous sommes à la recherche d'un spécialiste bilingue du soutien à la clientèle pour rejoindre notre équipe, relevant de la gestionnaire principale, Service à la clientèle et exécution des commandes. L'objectif de ce poste est de fournir un soutien exceptionnel à nos clients internes et externes, en anglais et en français, par l'entremise de divers canaux, y compris le courrier électronique et les appels de vente, afin d'assurer l'exécution et l'expédition des commandes, ainsi que la fidélisation des clients par la création de comptes, l'évaluation des processus actuels et la recommandation de nouvelles perspectives. Les principales responsabilités pour ce poste incluent:
- Offrir un excellent soutien aux invités pour les produits et services de Cineplex, en maintenant un haut niveau de professionnalisme et en établissant un rapport positif avec chaque client d'un océan à l'autre, y compris les appels entrants et sortants-
- Répondre rapidement à toutes les demandes des clients concernant les produits, la création de comptes, le traitement des commandes ou d'autres sujets, le cas échéant-
- Traiter et expédier les commandes avec précision, aider aux retours, recevoir les stocks, envoyer les commandes par la poste ou par FedEx, créer et mettre à jour les comptes dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) tout en veillant à ce que les exigences en matière de vérification soient respectées, gérer et compter les stocks au besoin-
- Assurer un excellent service à la clientèle en communiquant avec l'équipe interne et les partenaires, en créant des rapports- Ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir:
- Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent-
- Compétence dans l’usage du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, est une exigence-
- La maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et Outlook est requise-
- Une expérience préalable dans un poste de service à la clientèle, d'expédition ou de centre d'appels est un atout mais n'est pas nécessaire-
- Capacité à porter des charges pesant jusqu’à 30 lbCe poste est basé à notre siège social de Toronto (1303 Yonge St.)- Qui vous êtes:
