JLL is seeking an Implementation Manager who will assure the smooth implementation and ongoing optimization of broker technology at the office level to ensure best practice, user satisfaction and retention, and successful business outcomes. Interacting with stakeholders and users, the implementation manager configures and curates the data and experience in our business development technology tools.
Product value relies on close interaction with an office, both to support implementation, configuration, and to ensure the quality of the data assets important to the viability of the products. As an Implementation Manager you are critical to the effectiveness and growth of key enablement products for our brokerage teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Prep and upload custom office level prospect lists
Ensure data quality
Support user engagement and best practice
Share success stories and best practices to drive user satisfaction and retention
Share JLL content to support prospecting
Focus on user retention, engagement, and satisfaction
Explore new use cases for product development
Recommend product features, data, for the roadmap and updates to support broker success
