** Sales Development Representative **to grow the base of the storage companies that are using our web platform to auction off their abandoned storage lockers. We are looking for a self starter who can design a strategy to onboard large accounts and together with your team implement that strategy.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

**Hours of work**: 40hrs/week

**Location**: 85 Executive Ct., Scarborough, ON M1S 5W9

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling, online presentations and trade show exhibits.
- Develop and maintain documentation of sales records, sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.
- Develop best practices for online sales and customer services.
- Present written plan for onboarding self-storage operators and management companies to the executive team.
- Develop written weekly sales goals based on the monthly goal.
- Develop a script and sales training program based on our sales presentation.
- Assist in recruitment of sales representatives for your team.
- Build, train, coach, and hold accountable the sales team with scripts, goals, and KPIs.
- Attend all self-storage conventions and trade shows. At the conventions, you will host as many roundtable and seminar presentations as possible and develop a written presentation for these. You will submit a plan before the first presentation, and a review after each presentation.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5 years’ business to business sales.
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major.
- Valid passport is required to attend trade shows in the United States.
- Ability to do group presentations/ public speaking.
- Experience in C Suite Presentation is an asset.
- Immaculate written and spoken English.
- The drive to achieve.
