**Description & Requirements**:

- Position Summary
- The Associate, Addressable Strategy will act as the central point of contact for our internal and external partners, providing excellent client service and strategic thinking to support optimal business outcomes for our clients.

To be successful as an Associate, Addressable Strategy, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, have a solutions-oriented mindset, and have exceptional communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and organizational skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Operate as a point of contact for agency planning teams, while providing support to the Strategy team, primarily for Senior Associates and Associate Directors
- Provide innovative addressable solutions (e.g. product offerings and proposals) to clients.
- Liaise with the Addressable Activation team to monitor the goals and KPIs for a portfolio of clients to ensure campaigns deliver optimal performance.
- Oversee client bookings, track campaign progress, and ensure campaign deliverables are met.
- Develop and foster relationships with agency partners and clients to share new opportunities, provide campaign updates, etc.
- Maintain and develop knowledge of addressable ecosystem.
- Participate in media partner meetings as required to identify new client opportunities.
- In partnership with the Matterkind Strategy and agency planning teams, ensure that all client needs and requirements are met, while providing the highest degree of client service.
- Desired Skills & Experience
- Post-secondary education - University graduate and/or College degree
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in digital media
- Driven desire to develop and excel in a digital media career
- In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising industry and real-time media market dynamics
- Client service oriented
- Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Proactive approach to problem solving, team collaboration, and self-development
- Ability to develop and foster relationships with internal and external teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
