**Job Summary**:
This position is responsible for assisting the tax department with administrative and professional support.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Prepare personal tax return kits and year-end financial packages and send out packages once completed
- e-File
- Support the month-end billing process including invoice preparation,
- Data entry
- Print T1 returns and send to clients
- Scan personal tax documents
- Respond to client inquiries
- Other assistance as required by management

**Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge**:

- Equivalent prior experience
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables, adhering to time constraints
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Comfortable working onsite
- Highly motivated and deadline orientated
- Able to quickly learn new concepts and processes
- Able to multi-task and prioritize with varied functions and workload
- Ability to work overtime - during the week and on weekends during tax season

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
