**CONFERENCE AND EVENTS LIAISON**

(3 months temporary with possible extension)

The individual will be responsible for:

- Creating timelines and critical paths to ensure the successful execution of all ETFO events, including but not limited to catering, registration, and accommodations
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers and preparing master lists for accounting, vendor invoices, and participant invoices where required
- Overseeing the registration process from start to end
- Extracting relevant registration data from the Event Registration System (ERS) as required.
- Responding to members on all ERS-related issues
- Other duties as assigned

Skills required for this position may include, but are not limited to:

- Relevant experience in event management or related field
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change, and develop new skills
- Demonstrated self-directed, independent work style that encompasses an ability to work integrally with a well-established team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Ability to lift approximately 10 lbs or more
- The ability and willingness to travel (a valid G class license and vehicle are required)

Pay: $67,862.00-$89,810.00 per year
