We're seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our dynamic creative team. If you thrive in a supportive and enjoyable environment and seek ample room for personal and professional growth, we want to hear from you.

As a receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to foster strong client relations and serve as a vital link between our stylists and customers. Here's what you'll be doing on a typical day:

- Welcoming clients and promptly notifying stylists of any potential delays.
- Assisting walk-in clients with scheduling appointments and recommending retail products for a commission reward.
- Handling client checkouts and assisting with rebooking appointments as needed.
- Maintaining inventory and organizing incoming orders.
- Following up on online appointment requests and confirming upcoming appointments with clients.
- Ensuring a clean and organized work environment, including laundry duties.

While previous reception experience is advantageous, it's not a requirement - we welcome individuals eager to learn and grow with us.

Ideally, we're seeking someone available to work on _Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and/or Saturdays._
