**Overview**
Cambridge Volkswagen is looking for a Full-time Service Porter for our Brand-New Dealership, you will be most of our customers’ first point of contact when they enter the dealership’s drive-through. Your main role will be to complete service Check ins/Walk arounds on vehicles including drive on Alignment Check and Tire Tread Depths readings to provide to the service advisors as well as to greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, provide exceptional customer service and move/park vehicles in designated locations on the service lot.

**Duties**
- Greet clients as they arrive for service
- Guide customers to Service Advisor stations
- Install disposable seat covers, floor mats
- Complete lane inspections on Ipad’s taking pictures and making note of any damages found on vehicles.
- Explain to customers the results of our drive on alignment checker on their respective vehicles.
- Locating, moving, parking and retrieving service department vehicles
- Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
- Ensure Drive-Thru is clean and well maintained
- Perform other duties required per the Service Manager

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
