INEOS, a new player in the market, is seeking an experienced **F&I Manager **to join our team of automotive professionals in this new endeavor. - Have a valid OMIC certification.
- Are experienced in dealership F&I Operations
- Have a valid G license, in good standing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for selling financing, mechanical repair service contracts, GAP insurance, credit insurance and other Aftermarket products to clients.
- Utilization of dealership management systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Act as a liaison between customers and lending institutions to secure financing and insurance options.
- Maintain a current knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing, leasing and incentive programs.
- Provide expert advice on financing options, aftermarket products, and extended service contracts.
- Read, understand and adhere to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by the employer.
- Work in strict compliance with the laws of Ontario and Canada.
- Ensure all work performed is thorough, accurate and completed on time.
- Preparation of all documentation, contracts, registration, submission, funding, commissioning, etc. related to all transactions and sales/leases of vehicles.
- Maintain all reports and records as required by the manufacturer, dealership and suppliers.
- Attend sponsored training as scheduled.
- Structure deals to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the customer and the dealership.
- Ensure quotes for products and services are competitive.
- Establish and maintain strong and professional relationships with all financial institutions, manufacturer finance centres and third-party vendors.
- Keep customers and staff updated on the progress of a vehicle delivery.
- Consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, insuring a positive outcome and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of financing and insurance processes.
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to automotive financing and insurance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Valid Driver’s License for Ontario.
- Valid OMVIC License.
