We are currently hiring for a **full-time Transitions Specialist **to join our Client Experience team in **Burlington**.

**Position Overview**

**What you will do**
- Act as the main point of contact for the advisor and their team during a transition
- Assist and prepare the advisor with pre
- and post
- registration actions as outlined by the protocol in our transition guide and roadmap
- Ensure coordination between all departments for all transition-related items
- Assess issues and engage executive where needed on urgent or exceptional matters
- Train advisor on all systems required for transitioning assets and managing their book of business thereafter
- Collaborate with Transition Support Associate on tracking account opening and asset movement to ensure assets arrive in a timely manner

**You will Bring**
- University degree or College diploma is preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience providing client service in the investment, banking, or related industries
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- A demonstrated collaborative approach to solving problems
- Experience with industry-related client service
- Strong communication skills
- Completion of CSC and CPH is an asset, and if you do not have them completed, it is expected that these courses are completed within a year
