expand our business exponentially. Our corporate culture encourages teamwork, service excellence, creativity, and initiative. We are currently hiring for a **full-time Transitions Support Associate **to join our Client Experience team in **Burlington**.

**Position Overview**

**What you will do**
- Collaborate with Advisor Transitions Specialists to bring items to completion
- Liaise with our back office (CI Investment Services) on matters requiring intervention or follow up including investigating outstanding items
- Daily tracking of an Advisor’s book of business during the transition period (account opening/asset transfer)
- Run reports to see what accounts are opened, stalled, initiated, etc.
- Send out initial administrative packages (welcome kit, signs, business cards, etc.)
- Escalate as needed on urgent or exceptional matters

**You will Bring**
- Post-secondary education is preferred
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to solving problems
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
- Experience with industry-related client service is an asset
- Completion of CSC and CPH is an asset
