The Registration Advisor is the second point of contact for an MC College potential students, once a potential student has had a first inquiry meeting with the Enrolment Coordinator the file is then transferred to the Registration Advisor. It is their responsibility to provide quality service to potential students in the area of registration and financial aid services with the goal of enrolling students in our Hairstyling, Esthetics, Fashion Design, Part Time Evening and Apprenticeship programs.

**Job Duties**

Under the guidance and leadership of the Campus Director, the C.O.O and the Admissions Leader, the Registration Advisor is responsible for:
Meeting and exceeding MC College enrolment targets in its Hairstyling, Esthetics, Fashion, Part Time Evening and Apprenticeship programs by:

- Answering all questions regarding registration, financial aid and payment options.
- Booking all registration appointments for the MC College prospective students.
- Conducting registration meetings with the MC College prospective students.
- Utilizing company software to maintain accurate record keeping of the MC College prospective and registered student information.
- Creating organized and standardized registered student files.
- Performing daily follow up activities with prospective and registered students.
- Ensuring funding and payment schedules are finalized prior to enrolment contract signing.
- Conducting campus tours when needed.
- Arranging and attending high school/college program information presentations.
- Conducting group information sessions and tours with a variety of community groups.
- In collaboration with the Campus Director, arranging and attending community events.
- Travelling to high school career events throughout the province as part of the Education Liasion Association of Alberta schedule.

**Qualifications**
- Post Secondary education
- Energetic, positive and motivated personality
- A valid driver license **manditory**:

- Ability to travel
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Meet deadlines, enrollment targets
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous sales experience an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Interacts with students, co-workers and clients and other outside organizations.
- Travel will be required.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, and light lifting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
