Kitchen Supervisor/cook

Lisbon Hotel is looking for someone to fill a leadership roll in the kitchen. We are looking for a skilled individual who is responsible, trustworthy, hardworking and experienced.
We are neither a hotel nor Portuguese, the space is a nod to a European style of dining and indulging with a focus on small sharing style snacks. We have a tiny kitchen and it is not your typical dining experience in the sense that we don't encourage our menu to be enjoyed in an "appetizer, main and dessert" style.
We are open from morning to night with coffee and pastry options in the AM and more composed snacks from early afternoon to night.
This position requires a strong cook who can execute services solo with the help of a manager. The menu is designed to be executed in a tight work space with one person running the ship. The kitchen and the menu have been designed with efficiency in mind.
You must have solid kitchen experience to be considered for this position and possess strong leadership skills to act as kitchen lead/supervisor.
