Join E3 Community Services Inc., a multi-service agency offering a broad array of supports for children, and adults with developmental disabilities. The organization has expanded to include innovative support programs for the broader community, offers a Child Care Centre, and ensures financial support with a ReUse Centre and Oasis by the Bay Vacation Suites.

**Position Summary**:
E3 is seeking a **Marketing and Innovation Co-op Intern** to support the Marketing Director. The successful intern will possess a solid understanding of digital marketing principles;, a comfort with software programs; excellent written and oral communication skills and a passion for creating a more inclusive community. The Intern will help to build marketing plans for the next year. Projects will include grant analysis and planning, digital marketing channel re design and development, community engagement activation, service innovation and brand strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use marketing software to design digital templates for the organization’s services and businesses
- Analyze data to develop profiles of comparable organization’s grant funding and find key grant opportunities
- Support the development of a grant research and writing process for the organization
- Complete market research and competitive intelligence for the organization to provide strategic insights into local industry competitors and trends impacting the development sector space
- Synthesize data from multiple sources into clear and actionable insights for potential initiatives and investments
- Support development and execution of community engagement activations

**Requirements**:

- Current enrollment at an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking to analyze data, problems and to identify solutions
- Experience with data and information analysis to determine importance, patterns and insights to add business value
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines
- A satisfactory Police and Vulnerable Sector Check
