**AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT**

**Expressway Ford Lincoln** is a family-owned and actively operated automotive dealership with two locations: New Hamburg and Stratford, ON. We have been working to exceed client expectations in the greater Perth County-Waterloo Region area for more than 40 years, and seek to grow our business every year.

Our Team is currently in need of a Sales Consultant, as we have both new and used inventory on our lots. An outstanding performer in this role will have the ability to earn $100,000/year and beyond.

Expressway Ford Lincoln seeks to provide a comfortable, trusting, and respectful atmosphere for both employees and clients to conduct business. With that in mind, a Sales Consultant will be responsible for furnishing this brand of experience, while guiding guests through the process of selecting and purchasing a vehicle. This process can include a combination of prospecting, follow-up, meet and greet, qualifying, vehicle review, demonstration drives, and pricing.

**Abilities and Attributes**
- Recent automotive sales experience (2+ years preferred)
- Driven to achieve and exceed targets
- Community connections and ability to network
- Positive nature and optimistic outlook
- Build rapport with both customers and colleagues
- Have excellent conversational skills over different mediums
- Computer competency
- Willingness to learn and broaden knowledge/experience
- Available to work onsite fulltime, including weekday and Saturday shifts
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid OMVIC license
