Job Summary:
This is a vital role in our organization, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing documents
- Track client payments and complete light bookkeeping duties
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with weekly preparations and household duties (i.e. cleaning, laundry, meal preparations)
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing plans on a whim
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.55-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
