- As an HR Immigration Admin for Flynn Canada, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with legal immigration paperwork of all employees (work permits, PR’s & LMIA’s etc.)
- Updating and tracking job advertisements and assisting with online postings
- Translating immigration & recruitment interviews from Spanish to English, and transcribing meeting minutes
- Tracking and analyzing work hours for foreign workers on a monthly basis
- Assisting the recruitment team with various administrative tasks as required
- Corresponding with the overseas recruitment team on foreign worker status
- Assisting to support landing of new temporary foreign workers
- Building relations with Spanish speaking applicants, and being their main point of contact
- Knowledge of the Canadian immigration process is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
- Superior attention to detail & organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research abilities to answer inquires effectively and in a timely manner
