**About the Role**

We are looking for a full time Yard Customer Service Representative and Loader Operator(shipper/receiver) with forklift and Loader experience to support our team at our Scarborough, Markham and Stouffville locations.

Depending on the role or day, this person may service customers in the yard by loading and unloading materials, load and unload inventory shipments from delivery trucks, prepare custom orders for same day or next day deliveries and support proactive movement of materials on the premises and yard maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Must have valid forklift license
- Loader Operator Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills to work in a diverse environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on a 5-6-day rotating work schedule Monday through Saturday
- Open to flexible hours depending on workload
- Able to work independently and as a collaborative team

**Working Conditions**
- Flexible hours including mornings, afternoons and Saturdays
- Overtime
- Interaction with customers/clients, and the public at large
- Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 80-100 lbs.
- Extended periods of standing
- Hazards associated with conducting work outdoors (sun, rain, snow, etc.)
- High noise levels
- Regular exposure to conditions including heat, humidity, and dust
- Repetitive work
- Use of required personal protective equipment - must have safety boots (CSA Green triangle patch and CSA White rectangle with orange Greek letter omega - Ω)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- We are located at 31Industrial Street in Toronto, Ontario. Start times rotate between teams and teams will be required to start at 6:00 am, 7:00 am, or 8:00 am depending on the week. Are you able to reliably commute for a 6:00 am shift start those weeks it is required?
