**VELOX LIFE SAFETY INC** is a leading insurance company providing a wide range of insurance services for individual and corporate clients across Canada. Due to the expansion of our team, we are seeking a responsible and communicative **Customer Service Representative** to join us and help maintain our high standard of customer service.

As a **Customer Service Representative** at **VELOX LIFE SAFETY INC**, you will play a key role in interacting with our clients, providing them with information about insurance products, assisting with policy issuance, and resolving any arising issues. If you have excellent communication skills, are client-oriented, and are interested in working in the dynamic field of insurance, we'd be happy to have you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about the company's insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with issuing insurance policies and updating existing contracts.
- Resolve client questions and issues related to insurance claims and payouts.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective customer service.
- Adhere to internal procedures and quality service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Confident PC user and proficiency with office programs (MS Office).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
- Knowledge of insurance basics or a willingness to learn in this field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
