**Your Opportunity**

Our Canadian offices are looking for a **Specialist, Communications Projects **to join the Corporate Communications team to support the firm's internal communications program while owning the following responsibilities:

- Lead project management for a broad range of communications initiatives.
- Reporting and metrics: build and maintain fulsome internal communications dashboards to measure engagement.
- Manage the national editorial calendar and co-ordinate timing of communications initiatives.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences. Update the firm
- 's intranet and support its design and accuracy.
- Research and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency, including onboarding other team members in the use of such technology.
- Work closely with communications and marketing colleagues to deliver seamless, integrated internal and external communications. As part of the broader Corporate Communications team, provide creative input and administrative support for the firm
- 's communications strategy.

- You have excellent interpersonal and client-focused skills and interact positively and professionally with all levels of the firm, including executives, partners, managers and clients.
- You are highly proficient in using Microsoft Solutions (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and an enthusiastic user and champion of new technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- You have completed post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, business or another related field. You have a minimum of three years of professional experience in corporate communications, project management or a related field. Prior experience in a professional services firm or in financial services is an asset.
