**Bungalow Interior Design** is a residential interior design and build firm committed to having people love their home again. We work on projects of all sizes, typically kitchens, main floors, whole homes, additions, and custom new builds ranging from $75,000-$500,000+.

Position Competencies:

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce 2D architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, and specifications
- Maintain drawing standards of design firm
- Action Principal Designer’s instructions and keep them informed of progress
- May be asked to create 3D Revit or Sketchup models for use by Principal Designers. Efficiently operate computer-assisted design and drafting workstations
- Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on current project and team needs
- Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data
- Maintain knowledge of National and Provincial building codes as applicable
- Perform other duties as required

Requirements + Qualifications:

- Minimum post-secondary diploma in drafting, architecture or equivalent
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup (with layout)
- Ability to work from home and at partners’ home offices
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Good understanding of materials, fixtures, and finishes
- Ability to assist in renderings and floor plans
- Work well under pressure and with multiple project deadlines
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must have own reliable laptop as well as Revit, Sketchup, and layout

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
