As an office administrator at Accuenergy, you're coordinating within and between Sales, Marketing and Operation teams, and our customers. Customers will rely on your prompt response with accurate information. You will coordinate customer requests and internal teams requests with pre-set processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the office and production department to ensure smooth administrative work.
- Conduct daily inspections of the office and warehouse to keep the office clean and tidy and free from unusual and dangerous items
- Receive and assist visitors to the office, ensuring they are comfortable and in contact with the appropriate people
- Assist in planning and executing office events and meetings
- Manage office layout and make necessary adjustments to meet employee needs.
- Act as a point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and dealing with their queries
- Provide regular reports to management on office operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist the HR department when the opportunity arises.
- Manage office supplies and ensure that stock is adequate and available for use as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for office maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
- Review and update office policies as necessary to reflect changing needs.
- Manage data entry and other record keeping tasks.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure occupational health and safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations
- Perform all procedures in accordance with Accuenergy (Canada) Inc. standard policies and operating procedures.
- Other operationally related duties may be added as the company continues to grow
- **Job Requirements**:

- Proficient computer skills
- Well organized and professional
- Outgoing personality, positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive and eager to take on new challenges
- Team player with ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapid changing environment
- No criminal record
- Valid driver's licence
