**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure excellence in customer service
- Backing up the Department Manager in his/her absence
- Maintain a clean and safe work place
- Responsible for quality control, inventory and labour scheduling as needed
- Order product and supplies as needed
- Ensure quality of all product as indicated by Company set standards
- Set up and moving of displays
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Ensure quality of all product as indicated by Company set standards and formulas
- Provide a positive working environment
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Other duties, in other departments, as assigned

**Qualifications Required**:

- Ability to perform the physical demands of the position
- Self-motivated, service oriented team player
- Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize workload
- Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Availability to work scheduled hours days, afternoons, evenings and weekends
