**Position Overview**:
We are currently hiring **Snow Shovelers** for the winter season to assist with clearing snow from residential, commercial, and municipal properties. As a Snow Shoveler, you will play an essential role in keeping walkways, driveways, sidewalks, and other high-traffic areas clear of snow and ice, ensuring the safety of pedestrians and residents.

This position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and are able to work in challenging winter conditions. Previous snow removal experience is not required, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manually shovel snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
- Ensure all walkways and surfaces are clear and safe for pedestrians and vehicles.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing snow removal equipment.
- Work efficiently and safely in varying weather conditions, including snow, ice, and freezing temperatures.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize the risk of injury or accidents.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding snow removal progress and any issues encountered.
- Be on-call and ready to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and during snowstorms.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: No prior snow removal experience required. However, experience with manual labor or outdoor work is a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy loads, and work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions for extended periods.
- **Reliability**: Punctual and dependable with the ability to report to work on short notice during snow events.
- **Work Ethic**: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to work hard.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work during snowstorms, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
