**Position Overview**:Support the Airline Services Manager by helping to maintain and manage the inventory accounts in the bonded Warehouse.
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor when needed
- Create reports as requested by CBSA
- Post reservations into Bonded Warehouse inventory system.
- Assist with equipment reconciliation, shipment information, and defects/returns, date labeling of shipments on receipt
- Coordinate with Custom Operations on delivery schedules for shipment
- Oversee received shipments and assist with putting away shipments into designated areas
- Work with Customer Service Supervisors and Warehouse Supervisor to identify equipment shortage and replenishment needs and raise the flag when the inventory is nearing or lower than the minimum par levels.
- Enter data into the various warehouse reports and send them to designated personnel as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Assist with inventories,
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary training in Business Administration, Administration, or related field is an asset
- 1 year of experience in the food industry is an asset
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to multi task and maintain focus in a fast paced production environment
- Process oriented with good organizational abilities
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to make informed decisions in a timely manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
