**Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with customers in English and French to address their inquiries and provide assistance
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends or issues

**Skills**:

- Fluency in English and French is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to handle high call volumes
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
