**Job Summary**:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. You will work closely with our team to maintain our high standards and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications for each dish
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and ovens
- Ensure food quality by monitoring and maintaining proper cooking times and temperatures
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient stocking as needed
- Communicate any equipment or ingredient issues to management promptly
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
