The **Program Responsible Assistant** will support and manage Electrical Hardware and Software Engineering (EHSE) activities for automotive projects. Based in Windsor or Brampton, Canada, this role focuses on ensuring the successful development, compliance, and implementation of EHSE components across vehicle platforms while meeting quality, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Management**:

- Support vehicle-level meetings and oversee EHSE responses for initiatives from vehicle, module, and platform teams.
- Follow EHSE strategies for new component/module/platform development and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Lead a team of Program Chiefs representing the EHSE department.
- Review the development status of all EHSE components for assigned vehicles.

**Regulatory Compliance and Quality**:

- Ensure EHSE vehicle compliance with regulatory guidelines as directed by the vehicle team.
- Drive the team to meet quality, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.

**Production Support**:

- Lead EHSE team activities at plant development builds and throughout production phases.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**General**:

- Experience in releasing automotive components.
- Proven expertise in program management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

**Supplier Team Lead**:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive engineering.
- Experience in managing and leading teams.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Embedded hardware design experience.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25.43/hour - $39.73/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
