Lakefield, Canada Four Points Construction Full time

Responsibilities:

- Complete tasks delegated to you by the Office Manager and bookkeepers
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Data entry as needed.

Qualifications:

- Experience using QuickBooks accounting software
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

**Skills**:

- Administrative skills: Ability to perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and maintaining files.
- Clerical skills: Proficiency in clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing.
- Customer service skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients or visitors.
- Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills to keep track of appointments, deadlines, and office supplies.
- Data entry skills: Accurate data entry skills to input information into databases or spreadsheets.
- Office management skills: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
