This means we provide quality, freshness, and variety in our products, as well as provide a high level of customer connection with everyone who shops or visits our market.

The STORE CLERK - CHEESE DEPARTMENT would be expected to:

- Offer superior customer service by being friendly, engaging with and greeting customers, offering assistance where needed such as helping customers locate items in the market; answering questions or customer requests.
- Maintain product knowledge, assist with stocking products, including specialty displays, by keeping shelves well stocked, checking on quality and freshness of items,
- Assist in keeping the market clean, returning products to shelves, restacking shopping baskets.
- Perform other duties or assist in other departments as needed.
- Job Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail cheese or grocery store an asset.
- Collaborative, relatable, team player.
- Friendly and customer service focused.
- Reliable and self motivated.
- Basic math skills. Demonstrated ability to handle monetary transactions with mínimal errors.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to prioritize work tasks, multi-task and maintain focus.
- Physically capable to stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, reach and/or lift up to 30 pounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Day range:

- Every Weekend

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Work Location: In person
