The Household & Personal Care product line provides mineral-to-market products that serve consumer-oriented end markets including Pet Care, Personal Care, Fabric Care, Edible Oil, and Renewable Fuel Purification. Our Specialty Additives product line provides mineral-based technologies serving Paper, Packaging, Sealants & Adhesives, Paint & Coatings, Ceramics, Plastics, Food & Pharmaceutical markets.
Our **Engineered Solutions** segment offers advanced process technologies and solutions that are designed to improve our customers’ manufacturing processes and projects. This segment includes our High-Temperature Technologies and Environmental & Infrastructure product lines. Our High-Temperature Technologies product line offers specially-formulated blends and technologies primarily for Foundry and Steelmaking industries. Our Environmental & Infrastructure product line provides waterproofing, water purification, remediation and other fluid management technologies for critical projects for Remediation, Water Purification, and Infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**
The purpose of the position is to support the Sales Team on daily customer requests and execute ad hoc sales and marketing projects.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support analysis for SKU rationalization, new product recommendations, pricing, budgeting, and presentations
- Support the marketing manager on the new business bid process including sample submission, competitive analysis, and pricing
- Assist on in-house Artwork Development for packaging components and sales support materials such as mock-ups, brochures, signage, sell sheets, and tradeshow materials
- Support field sales team and customer with on-going requests for information and required materials
- Assist with market and industry analysis
- Assist with VOC inputs and Quarterly Sales Reporting
- Assist with Consumer Complaint tracking and analysis
- Support administrative activities; Customer set-up, DC set-up, Item set-up, Legal documents, customer portals updates, payment tracking, and others.
**OE/Lean**
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes such as 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, and Hoshin Kanri.

**Technical Requirements**:
- Experience with MS Office
**Education**:Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program majoring in sales, marketing, business, or finance.
