**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Executive Assistant to the CEO. The position is based at 505-Junk’s office located in Richmond, BC.
**Job Summary**
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of 505-Junk and Bolt Accelerator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and enhancing their effectiveness by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication. You will also assist with personal life management. Your primary responsibility will be to help the CEO "buy back" their time, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives and high-priority tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist the CEO with driving to and from meetings and other events when necessary, allowing the CEO to “work on the go” as required
- Assist in the creation of projects using project management CRMs
- Assist in monitoring internal and external data analysis
- Prepare all templates for annual and quarterly strategic planning meetings and attend meetings as required
- Work with the CEO & HR team to help implement culture events, organizational structure, and recruitment
- Collaborate with CEO and Marketing team with branding consistency and social content
- Administrative support in financial budgeting, cash flow, and projection reporting
- Collaborate with CEO, department heads and the bookkeeper to organise financial statements, gather relevant documents, and assist in financial analysis
- Gather and organise information and key performance indicators for the CEO, providing relevant data and reports to support decision-making
- Maintain physical and digital filing and folder system for CEO
**Job Requirements**
- At least two years of post-secondary education is preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite products (including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar). Experience with Asana, Canva, and Zoom is an asset.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks with adept time management skills
- Detail-oriented and accountable in delivering tasks and project initiatives
- Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, including strong proficiency in grammar, editing, and proofreading
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Great interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
**Qualifications**
- Post Secondary Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
**Compensation**
- Base Pay: $60,000/yr
- Bonus Pay: Yes
- Vacation: 10 business days per year
