**Job Description**:
Operational excellence- Certify through AM Central Pillar Leader or Field Pillar Leader through Step-up Process on each step of AM- Utilize AM tools and templates, Microsoft Office Suite to track and trend data as required by AM Pillar Leader- Prepare AM Pillar documentation such as pillar 4-Box when requiredCommunications- Share AM status for CIL, CL, DH with AM team and plant leaders as required- Provide high-quality AM training using AM Central Pillar materials to AM participantsContinuous improvement- Work with AM teams to close gaps discovered during AM assessments

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to speak comfortably in public situations- Experience using Microsoft Office programs- Experience with shop floor data collection systems (MII, Red Zone, etc.) or technical competency to learn new systems- Experience with or strong desire to learn AM practices- Brings strong organizational skills- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well and communicate with others.
