**Job Description**:
**In Room Dining Server (Casual)**
You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- 24 hour operation including shifts in the morning, afternoon, evenings and includes overnight shifts (11pm - 730am)
- Cashiering, taking orders over the telephone and organizing the daily deliveries
- Delivering orders and complimentary gifts to guest rooms
- Setting up and working functions in guest rooms for up to 15 guests
- Other duties as assigned
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

**Physical Aspect of the Position include, but are not limited to**:

- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Constant kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Must be able to work in a fast paced, busy environment including overnight shifts (11pm - 730am)
- 6 months previous food & beverage experience required preferably in a similar setting
- Must have ProServe certification
- Wine and cocktail knowledge an asset
- POS knowledge an asset
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift
